CANCELLATION POLICY

Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor cancels for any reason, students may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

Student Cancellations (7+ Days Before Class): 75% refund issued, OR reschedule free of charge.

Student Cancellations (Within 6 Days of Class): No refund issued, students may reschedule free of charge.

NO SHOW POLICY

In an effort to honor our students and their time, we will begin classes no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Therefore, any student who shows up later than 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will forfeit their spot in the scheduled class and will be asked to reschedule to a different available class time. There will be no refunds issued for no-show students.

Many of our classes require that students are present for all elements of curriculum in order to legally receive certification, so if students miss a portion of the curriculum by being late, they are not allowed to join the class after it has started.

LEGAL POSESSION POLICY

Our firearms training courses are available ONLY to individuals who are legally allowed to possess and purchase a firearm in the United States. NO EXCEPTIONS.
