HELP US REPEAL OREGON MEASURE 114

Ballot Measure 114 calls for egregious violations to our 2nd amendment rights here in Oregon. Including 10 round mag capacity limits, a purchase permit system, a de facto firearm registry, and more. Which is why we're partnering with Edwin McLeod from The Tool Shedd LLC to bring you Initiative Petition 46.

Initiative Petition 46 (IP46), is a new ballot petition that, if enough signatures are collected, will make its way onto the 2026 general election in November. IP46 completely repeals Measure 114 and removes the horribly unconstitutional attempt at requiring a firearms purchase permit, 10 round magazine capacity limit, and more.

HOW MANY SIGNATURES ARE NEEDED?

The petition requires a minimum of 118,000 verified signatures to be put on the ballot for the 2026 general election in November.

WHEN DO THEY NEED TO BE SUBMITTED?

Signed petition forms must be submitted to the Oregon Secretary of State no later than July 2nd, 2026

HOW AND WHERE TO SIGN

NOTE* YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO VOTE IN ORDER FOR YOUR SIGNATURE TO BE VALID

There are a few ways to sign this petition:

1) Visit our storefront location at 2813 Pacific Blvd. SW Albany, OR 97321 during business hours and we will have a petition for you to sign.

2) Call your local gun shop and ask them if they have a petition for IP46 that you can sign and do it there.

3) Become a circulator for this initiative, and collect signatures on your own. READ BELOW ON HOW TO BECOME A CIRCULATOR

BECOME A CIRCULATOR

Anybody can collector signatures for this ballot, but a few basic criteria must be met:

1) The petition must be printed on 20LB WHITE 8.5X11 PAPER for it to be validated. Any other color will not be considered volunteer and will be considered invalid by the secretary of state.

2) ALL FORMS MUST BE MAILED IN TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS TO BE SUBMITTED PROPERLY
