If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us so we can work to resolve it. Holsters can only be returned if there’s a manufacturing defect or the order was not fulfilled as placed. Due to the customization of each holster to the buyer’s specifications, refunds cannot be issued for any other reason. As such, all sales are final.

Please ensure you are ordering exactly what you need for your specific weapon system. If you are unsure about the compatibility of our holsters with your weapon system, reach out to us before placing your order. The responsibility for placing an order to match your needs is 100% on you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our holsters are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering their integrity and functionality. Minor scratches, scuffs, or damage resulting from regular use or training are not covered. Additionally, lost parts, screws, or attachments are not included under the warranty. If you believe your holster issue falls within warranty coverage, email us at info@goliathdefense.com, and we’ll assist you.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they’ve selected the correct options when placing an order. Returns will not be accepted for errors made by the customer during the ordering process. If you have any questions or need help with your order, email us, and we’ll gladly assist you. Corrections to your order can also be made if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Custom Handmade Products
Every holster is custom-made to the specifications provided and crafted by hand. While we use specific designs, your holster may vary slightly from product images, as minor adjustments may be made to ensure the best functionality for your needs.

Our limited lifetime warranty ensures the durability and functionality of all holsters we produce. If you encounter an issue, email us at info@goliathdefense.com with details and possibly photos or videos to help us assess the problem. We reserve the right to deny claims if we determine the issue arose due to user error or negligence.

For minor issues, we may choose to repair the holster instead of replacing it. Once approved, we’ll send you a warranty/repair form to complete and return with the damaged holster. We prioritize warranty claims to minimize the time you’re without your holster, typically processing them within 7 days of receipt.

What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to cracked or broken holsters caused by regular use. It does not cover issues caused by negligence, such as leaving the holster in extreme heat or subjecting it to unusual damage. Lost hardware is not covered, but replacement kits are available for purchase. Please do not attempt to modify your Kydex holster at home, as this will void your warranty.

Holster Exchange Program

We now offer a Holster Exchange Program that allows you to upgrade your holster at a reduced cost. If you want to change or upgrade your existing holster for any reason, simply email info@goliathdefense.com with your original order number. After completing a provided form and sending in your old holster, you’ll receive a unique one-time-use code for 25% off your new purchase.

Order Status and Shipping

Orders have two statuses: “Processing” and “Fulfilled.” Since each item is custom-made, please refrain from sending status inquiries if your order is still within the stated lead time.

Holsters may have a lead time of up to 4 weeks. If you order multiple items (e.g., a holster and medical supplies), everything will ship together. To receive non-holster items sooner, consider placing separate orders, as shipping fees are comparable.

Rush Orders: We do not offer rush processing. All orders are shipped using USPS Ground in the order received. We will not bump your order up in line for any reason.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours by emailing info@goliathdefense.com with your name, contact information, order number, and reason for cancellation. After 24 hours, cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accommodated.

Legal Liability
Goliath Defense, LLC, shall not be held liable for any injury, death, or damages resulting from the regular use or misuse of its products. By purchasing or using any product manufactured or sold by Goliath Defense, LLC, the buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with its handling, operation, and application. The user acknowledges that the improper use, modification, or failure to follow instructions can result in serious injury or death and agrees to release Goliath Defense, LLC, its employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from such incidents. Use of our products constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Chargeback Policy
By purchasing products from Goliath Defense, LLC, the customer agrees that they will not initiate a chargeback or dispute any charge related to the purchase through their bank or credit card provider for any reason. All transactions are final, and the customer acknowledges that they have fully reviewed and accepted the terms of sale prior to completing the purchase. In the event of any issue with a product, the customer is encouraged to contact Goliath Defense, LLC directly to resolve the matter. The customer agrees to resolve any disputes with the company directly, and waives their right to initiate chargebacks or disputes through their financial institution.

Returns and Exchanges

• Custom Holsters: Custom holsters cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

• Merchandise: Returns or exchanges are accepted for merchandise within 30 days if items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. Contact info@goliathdefense.com for assistance.

• Retail Items: Unused, unopened retail items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a holster affect my slide’s paint or Cerakote?
Kydex is a hard plastic, so wear and tear may occur from regular use, especially with aftermarket slides featuring serrations or windows. We are not responsible for any resulting scratches or scuffs.

What if my weapon system isn’t listed on your website?
If it’s not listed, we currently don’t offer it. However, we’re always expanding our options. Email us to inquire about custom configurations, though additional charges may apply.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
No, as we don’t have a storefront for customer pickups.

Can I further customize my order?
Generally, no. While we focus on maintaining quality and efficiency, we may accommodate simple requests like non-listed attachments if time allows. Additional fees may apply.

Will my holster retain my weapon without the light attached?
No, holsters designed for firearms with attached lights require the light to be in place for proper retention. It is extremely unsafe to use a lighted holster with a non-lighted firearm.

Do holsters with light attachments “click” when holstered?
Our light-compatible holsters use friction retention rather than a locking mechanism, so there’s not usual an audible “click.”

Why can’t you ship internationally?
Due to ITAR regulations, we cannot ship certain products internationally.

Retention System Details
Our holsters include adjustable retention points secured with anti-vibration-coated screws. Adjust retention using a handheld screwdriver for the best results.

Are Kydex color swatches accurate?
While swatches are good representations, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes beyond our control.

Gas Pedals and thumb rests
Our molds are not compatible with gas pedals or thumb rests.

Compensators
Most compensators that don’t extend beyond the slide dimensions of the weapon system that is ordered, will fit within our holsters.

Threaded Barrels
If you select the ‘Threaded Barrel’ option on your order, the holster will be made with an open muzzle, unless our molding is made otherwise.

Suppressor Height Sights
All holsters are designed to accommodate suppressor height sights up to 0.3800". Taller sights will not fit.
